| Your Poker software should already be downloading - look on your task
bar for 'File Download'. If you cannot see this button or are experiencing
other problems with the download, please click here to re-visit the download
process.

| 1. In the "File Download" pop-up, choose "Save this
program to disk" and click "OK".

| 2. In the "Save As" pop-up, choose a location to save the Ladbrokes
Multi-Player Poker software.
We suggest that you save this to your desktop, as in the example. If
you select a different location, remember where this is as you may need
to find it again later.
Click "Save" to begin the download.

| 3. The Poker software is now downloading. You will see the following pop-up
on your screen.
When the download has finished, click "Open". This will begin
the install wizard. From this point you will need to follow the on screen
instructions to complete the installation of Ladbrokes Poker. |
