eNETS is a Singapore Dollar Deposit service for customers using online banking for specific banks. It is an on-line bank transfer but can be processed in real time, like a card transaction.

For customers currently using other deposit methods, if you would like to use eNETS, please contact our customer service at 001800 8000 2828 (toll free from Singapore) and request to remove all your existing deposit methods.

For new customers, in the 'deposit' section of your account, please click on 'other payment method', and select eNETS. It will bring you back to the deposit page. Key in the amount you want to deposit using your bank account and your Ladbrokes password, then press on 'deposit'.



It will direct you to the 'eNETS' bank transfer page, click on the 'eNETS' logo at the lower part of the page.



The payment request page will come up. Please click on 'send' to go to the next step.



It will bring you to the bank selection page where you select your bank from the drop-down menu, click 'submit' to go to your bank's online banking login page.



  • On the online banking login page, fill in the reference you want it to be shown on your bank statement and your online banking ID and click on 'submit'.
  • Enter your online banking 'PIN' as requested, click 'submit'.
  • A notification will come up and advise you whether the transaction has been successful. If successful, please click 'close' to close the window and go back to your Ladbrokes account and check the balance.
