When opening an account each customer is requested to choose his or her own user name and password. Customers are asked to ensure that these details are kept private, as customers are responsible for all bets accepted on their account, where the correct security information has been provided, dependent only on the current balance of the account. If you lose, or forget your username and/or password, or if you are concerned that a third party is aware of them, you should contact our Customer Service team immediately in order that new security details can be allocated to you. These new details will be emailed to you by our Customer Service team. The minimum account deposit is £5 or equivalent, and you can only bet up to the amount available within your account. Interest is not paid on monies held in a customer account. By registering, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published on this website. If you no longer wish to use your account with us, you can instruct us to exclude you from participation be sending us an email to optout@ladbrokes.com. Usage of this facility will result in your account being blocked and no wagers being processed from you. Any account that is blocked through use of this facility cannot be reactivated for a minimum of 6 months.
