Register Your Card

Click on "Banking" from top of the home page
Select "Credit/Debit card" from the drop down box in the Cashier window
Enter the requested information
Hit the "Deposit" button
Funds will be credited as soon as your bank authorises the transaction!

Make a Deposit

Click on "Banking" from the home page
Click "Deposit" in the Cashier window
Enter the amount you wish to deposit and your password
Hit the "Deposit" button
Funds will be redited as soon as your bank authorises the transaction!
Deposits can also be made to your account in any Ladbrokes shop. Just take along the bank card registered on your account and shop staff will swipe your bankcard and ask you to enter your Ladbrokes PIN/Password. You can then either deposit funds in cash, or transfer funds from your bankcard into your Ladbrokes account

Make a Withdrawal

Click on "Banking" from the home page
Click on the "Withdraw" in the Cashier window
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and your password
Hit the "Withdrawal" button
Funds will be credited to you card within 3 - 5 business days
Cash withdrawals can also be made from your account in any Ladbrokes shop. Just take along the bankcard registered on your account and shop staff will swipe your bankcard and ask you to enter your Ladbrokes PIN/Password. You can then either withdraw funds in cash, or transfer funds from your Ladbrokes account back into your bank account.
If it is your 1st cash withdrawal you will need to take along a photo ID - either a Driving Licence or Passport
Cash withdrawals are only available once your account has been open for 24 hours
Cash withdrawals are dependent on the cash available in-shop, for amounts over £500 please contact Customer Services on 0800 7314171 to check that sufficient cash is available
Cash withdrawals are only available if the account balance is made up of returns from bets placed or from winnings transferred from Poker, Casino or Games
You are only able to withdraw cash if you have registered either cash or a debit/credit card on your account as your payment method, or if you have deposited using Ukash vouchers. If you wish to change you payment method contact Customer Services on 0800 7314171
If you have a Ladbrokes account card this can only be used to withdraw cash in-shop if cash is the only payment method registered on your account
In order to withdraw cash held in your Poker/Casino/Games wallet, funds must first be transferred to your Sportsbook account

Things to Consider when using a credit/debit card

Only the registered cardholder can use the card to fund their Ladbrokes account
You can only register one card against your account
Maestro cards issued outside the UK cannot be accepted
Because of restrictions put in place by MasterCard, refunds are only available back to UK MasterCards. Non-UK MasterCard users will need to register their bank details to withdraw their winnings

Having Trouble Making Deposits

If you experience problems using your credit or debit card, please contact your card issuing bank in the first instance. Your bank may decline your transaction for a number of reasons, and we are not told why. These may include:

Incorrect Expiry Date
Invalid Card
Insufficient Funds
Blocked Gaming
