Offline Methods

Please note: wherever possible, Ladbrokes will repay any winnings to the source of your original deposit.

Ladbrokes Shop
Ladbrokes are the only bookmaker which gives you immediate access to the cash in your account in-shop. Just take along the bankcard registered on your account (or your Ladbrokes Card if you do not have a bankcard registered) and shop staff will swipe your bankcard and ask you to enter your Ladbrokes PIN/Password. You can then deposit and withdraw cash on your account and place bets in-shop.

Please note:
  • Minimum cash deposit/withdrawal is £5
  • If it is your 1st cash withdrawal you will need to take along a photo ID - either a Driving Licence or Passport
  • Cash withdrawals are only available once your account has been open for 24 hours
  • Cash withdrawals are dependent on the cash available in-shop, for amounts over £200 please contact Customer Services on 0800 7314171 to check that sufficient cash is available
  • Cash withdrawals are only available if the account balance is made up of returns from bets placed or from winnings transferred from Poker, Casino or Games
  • You are only able to withdraw cash if you have registered either cash or a debit/credit card on your account as your payment method, or if you have deposited using Ukash vouchers. If you wish to change you payment method contact Customer Services on 0800 7314171
  • If you have a Ladbrokes account card this can only be used to withdraw cash in-shop if cash is the only payment method registered on your account
  • In order to withdraw cash held in your Poker/Casino/Games wallet, funds must first be transferred to your Sportsbook account
  • There may be instances where Proof of ID will be requested prior to your cash withdrawal being processed

MoneyTT
How: You can fund your Ladbrokes account from China, Hong Kong, Macau, UAE or Canada in your local currency via MoneyTT. Simply go to http://www.moneytt.com and register your details. You will receive the bank details for your deposit. Once you have submitted your deposit to the designated bank account, send us an email to notify us the deposit details. We will update your Ladbrokes account balance upon fund clearance.

Duration: 1-3 business days
Fee: Ladbrokes.com will not charge you for using this option.

International Bank Wire Withdrawal
How: Ladbrokes can credit funds to your bank account using one of the following:
    Low value international bank wire
    Duration: Approximately 6 working days
    Fees: £10 or currency equivalent

    Standard International bank wire
    Duration: Approximately 4 working days
    Fees: £12 or currency equivalent

    Urgent International bank wire
    Duration: 2 working days
    Fees: £15 or currency equivalent

Things to consider: In addition to the charges above, some banks will also charge you for receiving an international bank transfer. Check with your bank for more details.

BACS/CHAPS - UK Customers only
How: A BACS/CHAPS payment allows us to transfer funds directly to your UK bank account. Please note our policy on positive identification: you may be required to provide further information. Please email cashier@ladbrokes.co.uk with details of your request, quoting your user ID, security question and answer and the following:

  • Bank name and address
  • Account Holding Name
  • Sort Code
  • Account Number
  • Amount

Duration: A BACS payment usually takes no more than 5 working days to clear into your bank account. CHAPS payments should clear within your account within 2 working days.
Fees: Ladbrokes will not charge you for a BACS withdrawal. CHAPS transfers costs £10 per transaction.

Cheque
How: Simply email cashier@ladbrokes.com with details of your request, including your User ID. A company cheque will be sent to the address you registered with us when you opened your account. Please note our policy on positive identification: you may be required to supply additional information to us.

Duration: We will send a company cheque within 2 days of your request, subject to our positive identification policy.
Fees: There is no charge for a cheque withdrawal for UK customers. Outside the UK, we will issue one free cheque per month. Thereafter, cheques will be charged at £20 per time.
