Ladbrokes previews the 2026 Canadian Grand Prix, with key details and predictions
Kimi Antonelli backed to win a fourth consecutive Formula One race
Ferrari tipped to struggle again after a disappointing weekend last time out

In a season that is slowly starting to take shape, the Canadian Grand Prix brings us the fifth race of the year, and Ladbrokes dives into the latest odds.
It's been Mercedes's season so far, with either Kimi Antonelli or George Russell winning every race up to this point, and as both drivers finished on the podium here last year, the challenge is set for the rest of the field to try and stop the runaway leaders.
We can't wait for the Formula One action to finally resume, so get in the mood with our detailed Canadian Grand Prix race preview below - and don't forget to read our 2026 season preview!

Having stormed to the top of the Drivers' Standings in the opening four weekends of the year, Kimi Antonelli is the bookies' favourite to win a fourth consecutive race when he takes on the Canadian Grand Prix, returning to the track where he secured his first-ever F1 podium last season.
His Mercedes teammate is next in line - both in the Drivers' Standings and Ladbrokes' latest odds - with George Russell looking to put together a run of form to challenge his teenage colleague, while reigning world champion Lando Norris is tipped as third-favourite to take the chequered flag in Canada.
Serial winner Max Verstappen comes next, with his and Red Bull's season still waiting to take off, before Oscar Piastri - who has featured on the podium in each of the last two races - rounds off the top five.
Ferrari duo Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton find themselves down the pecking order this weekend after a disappointing weekend in Miami, but they'll be confident of using their experience to regain their place on the podium at the Canadian GP.
Predicting the grid from 1-22 is probably an impossible task, but if you'd have put Antonelli at the top at any point in the last two months, you'd have been spot on - so we're backing the teenager again. Russell has to react after missing out on recent podiums, and with McLaren slowly growing into the season, we're also tipping the world champion to put up a real fight in Canada.
