Dan Skelton is a prominent British racehorse trainer, known for his rapid ascent in the sport. The Warwickshire based trainer is part of a renowned equestrian family. His father, Nick Skelton, an Olympic gold medallist in show jumping, while his younger brother, Harry Skelton, is a champion jockey.

Skelton achieved his first century of winners in the 2015-16 season and has mounted a strong challenge for the British Jump Trainers’ Championship, having been narrowly beaten last season. At just 39-years-old, Skelton has already trained many Grade 1 winners and has landed 11 Cheltenham Festival victories.

In 2017, Skelton became an official Ladbrokes ambassador, delivering exclusive weekly content for horse racing fans.
