Autumn Internationals Series 2025: Weekly rugby predictions and betting tips

Ahead of the fourth weekend of action in the Autumn Internationals Series 2025, Ladbrokes brings you its weekly betting tips for all six games on Saturday and Sunday.

Ireland go head-to-head with South Africa in the biggest game of the weekend, with England hoping for more joy at Twickenham after beating New Zealand as they face Argentina.

Wales have a huge challenge when the All Blacks head to Cardiff, with France taking on Australia, Scotland hosting Tonga and Italy welcoming Chile.

Wales earned a morale-boosting win over Japan last week but face a much tougher test when New Zealand visit the Principality Stadium on Saturday.

A wounded All Blacks could actually spell bad news for Wales with the visitors determined to bounce back from their comprehensive loss to England and we think they will rack up the points here. Backing them to eclipse the 43.5-point barrier feels well within their reach.

We are in for another cracking match in Dublin as Ireland go head-to-head with world champions South Africa. The Springboks have been given tough games against both France and Italy and a match against the Irish, who comfortably dispatched Australia last weekend, will be no easier.

While South Africa are favourites on paper, Ireland have actually beaten the No1-ranked side in four of the last five meetings, including at the 2023 World Cup, and there is the sense they are one of the few teams in world rugby the Springboks struggle to get the better of. We are going to stick our necks out and predict another Irish victory.

It's been a difficult Autumn Internationals Series for Australia, who have lost to England, Italy and Ireland already this month - and an away game against France could be the most difficult of the lot.

Les Bleus bounced back from defeat to South Africa by beating Fiji last week and they should have no issues dispatching an out-of-sorts Wallabies side.

Italy have had a week off since putting up a real fight against South Africa in a 32-14 loss in Turin and will be confident of ending the series with a comfortable win over Chile.

The South American side are ranked 18th in the world and are still developing as a rugby nation. Given Italy's recent surge, we think at least a 13-point victory is on the cards.

Scotland also face a second-tier side as they welcome Southern Hemisphere nation Tonga to Murrayfield.

The handicap market could be an option to go for but at -42.5, it is perhaps a little high - so we have selected just a straight victory for Gregor Townsend's side.

England are still on a high from beating New Zealand at Twickenham for the first time since 2012 last weekend but they will know they will have to be at the races to get the better of Argentina.

That said, an England team without their British and Irish Lions players beat Argentina twice over the summer, as well as twice at the 2023 World Cup, so they will be confident of ending the series with a perfect record.
