Autumn Internationals Series 2025: Weekly rugby predictions and betting tips

Ahead of the first weekend of action in the Autumn Internationals Series 2025, Ladbrokes brings you its weekly betting tips for all four games.

England's first of four opponents across November is Australia at Twickenham, with Ireland taking on New Zealand in Chicago, South Africa and Japan going head-to-head at Wembley and Scotland welcoming the USA to Murrayfield.

Both England and Ireland's matches are close ones to call against two top Southern Hemisphere sides, while the value could lie in the handicap markets for South Africa and Scotland's clashes.

England should be full of confidence as they return to action for the first time since their encouraging tour of Argentina over the summer as they look to get the better of Australia, a side ranked two places below them in seventh in the world rankings.

While Steve Borthwick's men were impressing in South America, Australia went up against the British and Irish Lions, with the Wallabies also ending their tour with plenty of positives despite losing 2-1 in the series.

With England's Lions returning to the fold, we think the hosts should have too much for their visitors in what should be an entertaining clash at Twickenham.

This game on neutral ground at Wembley should be fairly one-way traffic, with world champions and current world No1s South Africa primed for a comfortable victory.

Japan have failed to build on their standout 2019 World Cup campaign in the years since and currently find themselves 13th in the world rankings.

To get the best value out of this game, predicting a Springboks victory with a -38 handicap looks like the best shout.

Another one where it is hard to see anything other than a win for the Tier 1 nation, Scotland should have no issues racking up a big score against USA.

The Americans have secured some positive results against the likes of Belgium, Samoa and Portugal this year but it will be a different story against a Scotland side who are pushing to upset the bigger Northern Hemisphere teams.

Given the gulf in quality between the two, a Scotland win even with a -42.0 handicap with Ladbrokes appears to be the way to go.

Perhaps the hardest game of the weekend as No2 and No3 in the world face off in a blockbuster clash in Chicago.

Ireland and New Zealand have played out some classics in recent years, with the last 10 games resulting in five wins for each nation.

The Irish won 41-19 the last time they played in Chicago in 2016 but we think the neutral ground could play into New Zealand's hands for this one, with Andy Farrell's men often so formidable at the Aviva Stadium with the home crowd roaring them on.

While it could be by a narrow margin, we are backing an All Blacks win.
