No Questions Asked - Windsor - 1.50 race odds
Bluey - Windsor - 2.25 race odds
1.50 - Windsor - No Questions Asked
No Questions Asked is my first of two rides at Windsor on Friday, at a meeting I'm very much looking forward to. It's a great one for a few reasons; obviously there's a lot of prize money on offer here, but also you always tend to get a great number of people turning up to watch racing. It's always been a good day of racing and I'd expect more of the same here.
This is a Grade 2, and I've talked about this horse a lot because he's one I really, really like. The last day probably came a bit too soon for him and just caught him out a little bit. But it's freshened him up nicely for Friday, and he seems in brilliant order at home. If he's in the same form as he was in his first couple of runs of the year, then he'll be bang there in what looks to be a good race.
He's deserving of a graded race, and hopefully Friday can be it.
2.25 - Windsor - Bluey
Bluey runs in the mares' handicap chase, and she's a very decent mare for Emma Lavelle. I've had a lot of luck on her up to this point, and she just seems to run her race every time. She's a brilliant jumper, and I think the figure of eight is going to help her get into rhythm, and get her breathing right. Barring one or two in there it looks an open enough contest, so I'm hoping she can run a solid race and not be too far away again.
