Ladbrokes shares a quick rundown of what to expect from Night Six of the 2026 Darts Premier League, as the players take to the oche in Nottingham.
Luke Littler finally announced his Premier League arrival in Cardiff with a maiden nightly win of the season, catapulting himself into the top four in typically eye-catching fashion, and he's the bookies' favourite to go back-to-back with another triumph in Nottingham this week.
Below, you'll find a quick look at each of Night Six's opening-round fixtures, plus the odds & favourites - and don't forget to check out our season overview!
Darts Premier League 2026: Night Six - Nottingham
The 2026 Darts Premier League's two outsiders go head-to-head in the opening match in Nottingham, with Josh Rock still searching for his first points of the season as he takes on Stephen Bunting - who has already surprised a few with a nightly win in week four.
Rock's debut Premier League season certainly hasn't gone to plan so far, despite his unforgettable nine-darter in Belfast, but this presents an excellent opportunity to get on the board.
The Northern Irishman is the slight favourite to get past Bunting in this quarter-final, and did beat the Englishman in their last meeting back in August, but with Bunting winning the previous four before that, this one really is anyone's game.
Jonny Clayton resumed his impressive Premier League campaign with another final appearance in Cardiff, ultimately losing to Luke Littler in an entertaining match, and continues to lead the way at the top of the leaderboard as we head into week six.
He's up against seven-time Premier League winner Michael van Gerwen in Nottingham, who has some ground to make up after three opening-round defeats in a row, and the pair can't be split in the build up - with both players priced at 10/11 to win.
MVG has a point to prove, but with Clayton performing so consistently, the Welshman will be incredibly difficult to topple as he rides the crest of a wave. Clayton won the pair's only meeting in 2025, and as the table starts to take real shape, we're in for a cracker here.
Reigning Premier League champion Luke Humphries still hasn't hit his usual heights in 2026, with Cool Hand still waiting for his first nightly win of the year, but he's tipped to get past Gian van Veen in a difficult quarter-final in Nottingham.
The world number two will surely hit his stride at some point, and despite world number three van Veen already beating him in the PL once this season, the bookies are backing Humphries to get his revenge this time around.
Gian van Veen is enjoying a strong start to the year, with the Dutchman sitting inside the top four despite not yet registering a nightly win, but the experience of Humphries is expected to show on an evening where he has to start making ground on the players above him.
Rounding off the quarter-finals in Nottingham, Luke Littler takes to the oche with a 2026 nightly win finally under his belt, and he faces Gerwyn Price in a repeat of last week's semi-final.
Price has been pretty strong so far, with his five match wins putting him second in the table after five weeks, but the Welshman was well beaten by Littler last time out - with the world number one sealing victory with a 170 checkout.
When Littler hits his form, it's not rare to see him blow people away with consistent quality, so the stage is set for an unmissable quarter-final between two men fighting to build themselves a cushion inside the top four.
Littler also took home the Ladbrokes UK Open trophy over the weekend, so the teenager is starting to find his groove - which spells real trouble for the rest of the pack.
