2025/26 Europa League favourites and odds: Aston Villa still favourites

Published: Updated at:

As the 2025/26 Europa League continues, Ladbrokes shares its odds and favourites for Europe's secondary competition - with Aston Villa the front-runners.

Despite enduring a difficult start to the Premier League - which is now firmly behind them - Villa have been fancied to excel on the European stage since before a ball was kicked, with Unai Emery known as being a master in the competition.

Nottingham Forest also made a less-than-impressive start to domestic football this season, and haven't really recovered, but they're still right up there in the pack of front-runners to win the Europa League in May.

After sacking Ange Postecoglou - who lifted the trophy last season to end the long wait for a trophy at Spurs - Forest turned to Sean Dyche to save their season. A disappointing home defeat to FC Midtjylland in GW2 compounded Forest's poor start to the campaign, but a 2-0 victory over Porto in Dyche's first match gave them a much-needed boost - with Forest ultimately beaten Fenerbahce in the round-of-16 play-offs to qualify for the knockout stages.

Europa League 2025/26 winner odds

It's Aston Villa leading the way for the bookies at this stage, but they're followed closely by some fierce European competitors, with Porto, Real Betis, Lyon and Roma all priced at 10/1 or shorter.

Forest also come in at 10/1 after their impressive play-off win, but with so many games still to play, there will be plenty of movement as the season rolls on. The likes of Bologna, Freiburg and Lille will also fancy their chances in the 2025/26 Europa League, with their sights set on the final in Istanbul.
