One of the biggest matches of the league phase of the Champions League takes place tonight, with Real Madrid hosting Man City, a match that seems to happen in Europe's top club competition most years.

The matches are always spectacular, and have ended up with wins for both sides. However, we're tipping a win for Man City in Spain tonight.

City are in good form, winning their last three games in the Premier League, scoring 11 goals in the process, and we expect them to have enough to beat Los Blancos, even away from home.

Phil Foden is playing great football again, Jeremy Doku is in the form of his life and Rayan Cherki is dazzling defences each week. All that, coupled with the goal-scoring brilliance of Erling Haaland, means City have a potent attack for Real to deal with.

While City are in a good spot at the moment, the same cannot be said for Real Madrid, with rumours even suggesting that a big loss against Pep Guardiola could see Xabi Alonso lose his job.

You have to feel for the Spanish manager though, who is without Eder Militao, Eduaro Camavinga, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dean Huijsen, Dani Carvajal, David Alaba, Ferland Mendy and potentially also Kylian Mbappe for the big game tonight.
