Ferrari's Charles Leclerc priced as favourite ahead of his home race
World Championship leader Kimi Antonelli seeking a fifth consecutive Grand Prix win

One of Formula One's most iconic tracks returns as the Monaco Grand Prix brings us all the action from the narrow circuit - and Ladbrokes explores the odds.
The season could hardly have started much better for Mercedes, with Kimi Antonelli storming away at the top of the Drivers' Standings, but in his home country, can Ferrari's Charles Leclerc pick up a first win of 2026?
We can't wait for the Formula One action to resume, so get in the mood with our detailed Monaco Grand Prix race preview below - and don't forget to read our 2026 season preview!

A fourth consecutive race win for Kimi Antonelli last time out saw him open up a huge gap in the Drivers' Standings, but it wasn't enough to convince the bookies that he should be the favourite in Monaco, with Ferrari's Charles Leclerc instead being tipped as the frontrunner.
The Monegasque driver will hope to become the first man to oust Mercedes from top spot in any race this season, and having won here in 2024, the Ferrari driver arrives in good stead. But that's not the only surprise here, with his teammate Lewis Hamilton then being tipped as second-favourite this weekend, despite only finishing on a podium twice throughout his Ferrari career so far - but having claimed second in Canada, his stock is high.
The Mercedes drivers then enter the conversation, with Kimi Antonelli and George Russell both priced at 5/1 as joint-third favourites to win the Monaco Grand Prix. Antonelli's start to 2026 has been beyond his wildest dreams, with the teenager only two wins off Russell's career total, but Ladbrokes thinks the pair will fall short behind Ferrari this weekend.
Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri come next in line, with the McLaren men finally starting to show their class, ahead of Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar, who seemingly just can't really compete in their Red Bull car this year.
Kimi Antonelli winning every race is making this task slightly easier, but we are going to go against the grain this week and back Charles Leclerc at his home circuit - just as our odds are predicting. Antonelli can afford a few off weeks, but we don't expect him to let up too much, even if he does relinquish first place for a week.
