Next James Bond odds: The current favourites

The latest 'next James Bond odds' from Ladbrokes have just four names in the running to play 007 next.
Callum Turner is the new favourite to replace Daniel Craig, but it's not a foregone conclusion that he'll be the man picked for the prestigious spot.

Callum Turner the favourite to be the next James Bond
Turner now leads the way at 6/4, but he's one of just four names currently priced shorter than 10/1 to replace Daniel Craig, with Aaron Taylor-Johnson ahead of long-time favourite, Henry Cavill and Theo James.
Elsewhere, Anthony Boyle remains a 10/1 shot, with James Nelson-Joyce the only other named priced shorter than 12/1. Jack Lowden, Harris Dickinson and Jonathan Bailey are all priced between 12/1 and 16/1, seen by the bookies as outsiders for the 007 spot.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: He's far from a shoo-in for the job, but Callum Turner is fast-becoming the punters' favourite to play 007 next.
Only 13 names are priced at 20/1 or shorter, with those names listed below.
Tom Holland a surprise contender to become James Bond
Best known for playing Spider-Man, Holland's odds of being the next 007 were slashed dramatically from 50/1 to 16/1 after it was announced that Spider-Man producer Amy Pascal will be one of the producers of the next Bond flick.
However, Holland's odds have now risen to 20/1, but with only nine names having shorter odds than him, the beloved English actor is very much in the running to become the next James Bond.
The other producer is Wizarding World supremo David Heyman, but a sensational broomstick-DB5 switch doesn’t look to be in Daniel Radcliffe’s future, with his odds of being the next Bond also as far out at 100/1.
Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes said: “Spidey suit, dinner suit, what’s the difference? Tom Holland has proved he can fill big shoes before, and with a producer he knows well on board for James Bond, he could soon be swapping one iconic character for another."
David Beckham to become James Bond
David Beckham would make a great James Bond, according to 35% of the Brits surveyed by Ladbrokes.
Beckham turned 50 on 2 May, and as part of a survey commissioned by the bookies to celebrate Golden Balls’ golden anniversary, Ladbrokes asked 1,000 members of the public whether they think he would make a great James Bond.
Those who believe he’ll swap the football pitch for Hollywood can back Beckham for 007 with odds of 200/1.
Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes said: “We’re not sure whether he’ll be swapping No. 7 for 007 anytime soon, but our survey shows that a significant chunk of Brits believe that DavidBeckham would make a great Bond.”
