Premier League 25/26 sack race: Odds on next manager to leave

Ladbrokes looks at the odds on the next Premier League manager to leave their post this season, with Graham Potter the favourite to get the sack.
It is still early days in the 2025/26 Premier League season but one manager has already been dismissed after Nuno Espirito Santo was replaced by Ange Postecoglou at Nottingham Forest.
The current odds suggest Potter could be the next to go after a poor start at West Ham, with Ruben Amorim also on thin ice at Manchester United.
So, with all that said, join Ladbrokes as we look at the odds for the next Premier League manager to lose their job this season.
Premier League 25/26 next manager to leave their job odds
Potter the favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave, Amorim sack odds slashed
West Ham's dismal start to the season has seriously cranked up the heat on Potter's position, with Ladbrokes naming him as the odds-on favourite to be the next boss to lose his job.
The former Chelsea and Brighton manager is priced at just 4/9 to be the next boss to go in the latest Ladbrokes odds.
Potter could only guide the Hammers to a 14th-place finish last season after being appointed in January and having shown few signs of improvement at the start of 2025/26, it seems a matter of when, rather than if, he is relieved of his duties.
Amorim, meanwhile, is also under huge pressure after Man United were comfortably beaten 3-0 in the Manchester derby.
The Portuguese manager is the latest United boss to fail to improve fortunes at Old Trafford, overseeing only eight wins out of his 31 Premier League games in charge.
His odds to be the next boss to go have been slashed from 4/9 to just 2/1.
Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes said:
Two beleaguered Uniteds, two beleaguered bosses. Both clubs changed their managers midway through last season, but the market suggests the order will be reversed this year, with Graham Potter heavily odds-on to be the next Premier League manager to lose his job.
Pereira under pressure at Wolves
The current third favourite to be the next manager to depart is Vitor Pereira (5/1) at Wolves, who sit rock bottom of the Premier League without a point on the board.
Leeds boss Daniel Farke is the only other manager with odds of 10/1 or less, with Unai Emery and Oliver Glasner two surprise names at 14/1 and 16/1 respectively.
Fabian Hurzeler, Keith Andrews and Pep Guardiola are all priced at 25/1, with Postecoglou available at 33/1 despite only being appointed by Nottingham Forest last week.
Premier League odds
When it comes to more Premier League odds, Liverpool are the favourites to win the title come the end of the season, with better odds than Arsenal and Manchester City.
Burnley, Wolves and Sunderland are set for relegation, at least if the latest relegation odds are anything to go by.
When it comes to the Golden Boot, the bookies have Erling Haaland as the front-runner after an impressive start to the campaign.
