But the title race is now in the balance with Man City close behind in the odds
Manchester United are joint-third favourites ahead of Aston Villa

Ladbrokes has updated its Premier League 2025/26 outright winner odds, with Arsenal in control of the title race after thrashing Tottenham in the North London derby.
The Gunners remain the odds-on favourites at 1/2 for a first title since 2004 after returning to winning ways away at rivals Spurs, although Manchester City remain in hot pursuit at 6/4 after also taking maximum points this weekend.
Premier League 2025/26 Winner odds
Arsenal the favourites for this season's Premier League
After successive draws to Brentford and Wolves, Arsenal's 4-1 win at rivals Spurs was something of a statement to quash any 'bottle' notions and remind everyone that they are rightly still the favourites for the title at 1/2.
Man City are five points behind once again but have played a game less than their rivals, meaning they are far from out of the race, especially as the Gunners still have to travel to the Etihad in April. With the title still technically in City's hands as well as Arsenal's, Pep Guardiola's men have odds of 6/4.
The two nearest challengers Manchester United and Aston Villa have dropped to 66/1 and 100/1 respectively. Champions Liverpool are all the way back at 250/1, as are Chelsea who dropped more points over the weekend.
As for the bottom of the table, Wolves' odds to get relegated from the Premier League have now been suspended with Burnley, West Ham, Nottingham Forest and now even Spurs also in trouble according to the bookies.
