The Six Nations 2026 returns for the final two weekends of action with plenty still to be decided and the penultimate round should serve up plenty of drama.

Ireland and Wales kick off the action on Friday night with the hosts now eyeing a Six Nations title once again after dismantling England a fortnight ago, though France still hold all the cards as their Grand Slam pursuit continues against Scotland at Murrayfield. England round off the action as they look to bounce back against Italy in Rome.

A raucous atmosphere awaits in Dublin on Friday night as Ireland host Wales fresh off recording their biggest ever win over England at Twickenham two weeks ago which has forced everyone to sit up and take notice of Andy Farrell's side once again.

A Six Nations title is just about still in reach for the Irish but they will need Scotland or England to do them a favour against France in the final two games. A bonus-point win will also be the minimum for the hosts and with their points difference also needing a boost, we think they'll cross over for six tries against a struggling Welsh side.

France have been flawless throughout their Six Nations campaign so far but a trip to Murrayfield on Saturday is arguably their biggest test yet, with Scotland in great form after following up their win over England with a thrilling comeback victory over Wales.

Murrayfield will be bouncing just like it was against England last month and while we think France will do enough to continue their Grand Slam charge, it will be far from comfortable for the visitors, so our experts have selected a 1-10 winning margin.

We are predicting an even tighter encounter for the final game of the weekend, with this perhaps Italy's best-ever chance to record a win over England - which would be the first time in their history.

Italy beat Scotland, were narrowly beaten by Ireland and far from embarrassed themselves against France and with England facing yet more questions about their identity after damaging losses in their last two, it will be far from the comfortable win they are used to recording in this game. While we think Steve Borthwick's men will get the job done, we think it could be a narrow win.
