OnS SEO Sports 960x540 FRANCE IRELAND OR SCOTLAND FOR SIX NATIONS GLORY (UK)

The Six Nations 2026 reaches its climax this weekend with three teams still in with a genuine chance of the title on what should be a thrilling Super Saturday.

Scotland's stunning win over France last weekend has blown the race wide open, with both the Scottish and Ireland capable of pipping the more-fancied French to the crown - but they will likely need a favour from England if they are to do so.

Wales vs Italy also has plenty of intrigue with the Italians aiming for their best-ever Six Nations finish against a Welsh side who showed huge improvements against Ireland last weekend.

Over 6.5 total tries in Ireland vs Scotland

Neither Ireland nor Scotland were given much of a chance of the Six Nations this year but they both pose a real threat to France ahead of the conclusion of the tournament.

The two will battle it out to remain in the race in the first game and with both likely needing a bonus-point win to stand any chance of pipping France, which is likely to result in an entertaining game in Dublin.

While we're struggling to pick a winner between these two, we think it makes more sense to lean towards the total tries market, and backing over 6.5 feels like a real possibility at 4/5.

Italy to beat Wales

Wales have the chance to end a miserable campaign on a high by backing up an encouraging display against Ireland with a win over Italy as the Dragons look to avoid a third successive wooden spoon.

Italy, however, also come into this game in Cardiff on a high after recording their first-ever win over England and a best-ever Six Nations finish is a real possibility as they hunt for their third win of the tournament.

This should be an intriguing battle, but we are leaning just towards Italy for this game just because they seem slightly further ahead on their development journey compared to the Welsh.

France to beat England

Onto the final game of an action-packed Super Saturday as France take on England in 'Le Crunch' in Paris.

This was tipped as a potential decider before any action was played and while it still has a huge bearing on the final result, England's role in proceedings will be in a supporting capacity after three straight defeats to Scotland, Ireland and Italy left their hopes in tatters.

They will be in the unusual situation of having either Scotland or Ireland fans cheering them on against the French but this still represents a hugely difficult assignment for Steve Borthwick's out-of-sorts side.

While we are in no doubt the English will give France a real tough game in what has been a tournament of shocks, we still think France's loss at Murrayfield will prove just a blip and they will get the win needed to secure the title.
