The Voice Latest: Jason Jones’ odds take a tumble – Mo leads the way
It’s been a slow and steady start to this year’s series of The Voice, with a handful of potential stars showing some promise. But as things stand, our traders are yet to be blown away by any particular act, with Mo Adeniran continuing to lead the market.

While nobody has got near to the 21-year-old in the last two weeks, at 5/1, he’s hardly a certainty to win the competition.
And fan favourite Jason Jones is beginning to close the gap on Jennifer Hudson’s boy. After entering the market as a 16/1 outsider, a flurry of bets over the last few days has seen his odds cut in half to 8s.
Week 2 brought little in the way of serious contenders as far as our traders were concerned, with Jamie Miller being the shortest priced act to progress to the Battle Round from last weekend.
But even he is considered a 16/1 outsider.
It’ll come as no surprise to you to learn that Mo is by far the most backed act in the competition.
And between them, him and second-favourite Jamie have received some 54.55 per cent of all bets so far, a huge figure considering there are 10 other contestants remaining.
