Verdict
Last year's top-rated filly worldwide, MINNIE HAUK returns to the highest level following a smooth success in a Group 2 here last time. This is tougher, and she will appreciate a return to further in time, but remains the most likely winner. Saddadd enters the big league for the first time following a Group 3 win on seasonal return but further improvement is not ruled out for the British raider, having just his eighth start. Bay City Roller ran a cracker at Chester and could build on it. Almaqam is closest on ratings to Minnie Hauk, but lacks match practice. [Denis Harney]
