Not the easiest of races to assess. The point-to-point winner L'EVANGELISTE made a good impression when winning at Galway last month and that form has been franked, so he is narrowly preferred stepped up in trip. Gowran winner Chase The Moon could be a big danger if staying this longer distance. Maverick Mack is another to consider, and Gin Tonic could go well if handling this softer ground. [Dave Stephens]
