PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Bingo Welcome Bonus is available to qualifying customers from 00:00 (UK Time) on 19.10.20 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS BINGO WELCOME BONUS

2. This Bingo Welcome Bonus is available to real money customers playing on Ladbrokes Bingo aged over 18 years who have not previously accepted a Bingo Welcome Bonus.
3. You cannot claim this Bingo Welcome Bonus if you are accessing the Ladbrokes website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which you may access your Ladbrokes account can be found HERE.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS BINGO WELCOME BONUS

4. To qualify and be able to claim this Bingo Welcome Bonus, you must:
   • Log in to your Ladbrokes Account (you may need to register with us if you have not played with us before);
   • You must have made your first deposit of any amount into your account to qualify for this Bingo Welcome Bonus;
   • Spend £5 or more on Bingo Tickets. Advanced ticket sales will be considered for qualification for the day the Bingo game is completed.
5. In order to claim this Bingo Welcome Bonus, you must have made your first deposit on Ladbrokes on or after 12.05.2020 00:00 (UK Time).
6. Once you have completed these steps, your account will be credited with the £25 Bingo Bonus. You must accept your Bonus via inbox, a pop-up or the Promotions tab of ladbrokes.com within 14 days of qualification. If the Bingo Bonus does not appear automatically, please contact our Customer Services Team before placing any bets.

BINGO WELCOME BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. If you qualify for this Bingo Welcome Bonus you will receive: £25 Bingo Bonus.
9. One Welcome Bonus is available per customer, per household, per shared computer and/or shared IP address. Customers with multiple accounts will only be able to receive the Welcome Bonus offer once.
10. There is no cash alternative to this Bingo Welcome Bonus.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BINGO WELCOME BONUS

11. The Wagering Requirements for the Bingo Welcome Bonus are as follows: A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF TWO (2) TIMES THE BONUS AMOUNT OF £25 = £50.
12. The Wagering Requirements for the Bingo Welcome Bonus must be met within thirty (30) days following the date on which your Bonus becomes active otherwise any funds sitting in your Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited. Bonus must be claimed within 14 days and wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days. After 30 days the Bonus and Pending Winnings will be void and not reissued.
13. Whilst you can withdraw the funds in your Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst your Bingo Welcome Bonus is active), this will mean that you fully forfeit any winnings sitting in your Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.
14. You will only be permitted to withdrawal any winnings from the Bonus Balance wallet and the Pending Winnings wallet once you have satisfied the Wagering Requirements.

EXCLUSIONS

15. This Bingo Welcome Bonus is only available to use to purchase Bingo Tickets on the Bingo tab of ladbrokes.com. Bets placed on anything else will not count towards the Bingo Welcome Bonus requirements.
16. Deposits made via Paypal, Applepay, Paysafecard, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Neteller, pre-paid cards and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Bingo Welcome Bonus.

IMPORTANT TERMS

18. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
22. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
23. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
