PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.  

These Terms & Conditions apply to this Contests promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions.  These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available from 30.03.2026 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. Live Contests and Slot Contests are available to customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
   1. access the Contests Lobby;
   2. opt into a Free-to-Play Contest or buy into a Coin-to-Play Contest;
   3. launch the relevant Contest Game (defined below) from the Contests Lobby; and
   4. play within the pre-defined time limit (the “Contest Duration”).
5. The opt-in period for each Contest will open at 00:00 on the day of the Contest, according to the schedule available on the Contests Lobby page, and close 15 minutes before the end of the Contest Duration.

Types of Contests

6. There will be two (2) different types of Contests available to Eligible Players:
1. Live Contests
2. Slot Contests

LIVE CONTESTS MECHANICS 

7. Two categories of Live Contests (each a “Live Contest”) will be available to Eligible Players:
   • Free-To-Play Contests: there are no entry requirements for these contests and they can be freely accessed by Eligible Players.
   • Coin-To-Play Contests: Eligible Players can enter these contests by redeeming LadBucks, as detailed within the Contests tile in the Contests Lobby.
8. A Free-to-Play Live Contest will be held daily as advertised on the Contests Lobby .
9. A Coin-to-Play Live Contest will be held daily between Friday and Sunday as advertised on the Contests Lobby.
10. Each Live Contest will be held for a specific game/s on the Website (the “Contest Game”).
11. In each Contest Game, 60 tournament chips will be allocated for every participating Eligible Player (the “Contest Chips”).
12. It is not a requirement for an Eligible Player to remain in the Contest Game for the whole Contest Duration, however an Eligible Player must use at least one of their Contest Chips within the Contest Duration.
13. The use of any Contest Chips allocated to a participating Eligible Player will be considered that participating Eligible Player’s entry into the Contest Game.
14. An Eligible Player can only make a maximum of 1 entry per Contest Game.
15. Each Contest Chip displays a bet value of £1.00. This is solely indicative. Each Contest Chip has no real cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16. Each game round in a Contest Game where a Contest Chip is used is considered a “Contest Round”.
17. A winning outcome in any Contest Round will display winnings. The winnings are only for visual purposes to show a ‘win’. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise and cannot be withdrawn.
18. Eligible Players must play through Contest Rounds to collect points to gain a ranking on the leaderboard.
19. Only Contest Rounds played within the Contest Duration will enable Eligible Players to collect points.
20. Points will be collected in the following way:
    • 1 point for each £1 ‘won’ during the Live Contest.
21. Eligible Players must play with the Contest Chips, otherwise they will not be awarded points. Eligible Players playing with real money will not be awarded any points.
22. The Contest Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, their accumulated points plus their rank on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and rankings of the Eligible Players are only finalised at the end of the Contest Game once the Contest Duration has been completed.
23. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Live Contest, they will be able to resume play by re-entering from the Live Contest page to continue to use their remaining Contest Chips as long as the Contest Duration has not ended.
24. If the Contest Duration expires while an Eligible Player is in-game they will be notified via an in-game message.
25. If an Eligible Player is in the middle of an unfinished Contest Round once the Contest Duration has ended, the Contest Round will complete however the participating Eligible Player will not collect any points for that particular Contest Round.
26. If an Eligible Player does not use all the Contest Chips within the Contest Duration, the remaining Contest Chips will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
27. Eligible Players could hit a Bonus Round within their Contest Rounds. If the Eligible Player has not completed their Contest Rounds and/or Bonus Rounds within the Contest Duration, points for the Contest Rounds and/or Bonus Rounds will not be collected.
28. The leaderboard will reset after each Live Contest.
29. The ranking positions for each Live Contest will vary. This can be checked per Live Contest on the Contests Lobby.
30. At the end of each Live Contests, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a reward. Rewards that will be paid out per Live Contest will be detailed on the Contests Lobby.
31. Eligible Players must earn at least one point to qualify for a reward.
32. In the event of two or more Eligible Players collecting the same number of points resulting in a tie for either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, they will each receive the reward allocated to the respective placement. For example, if two Eligible Players tie in 1st place, they will each receive the reward for 1st place, no reward will be given for 2nd place, and the next player on the leaderboard will receive the reward for 3rd place.
33. Details of the Live Contests schedule and rewards will be displayed on the Contests Lobby.
34. An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play for Real’ button. Real money bets will not contribute to the Live Contest.
35. Rewards available differ depending on the Tournament as follows:
    1. Free-To-Play Live Contests: Cash or LadBucks
    2. Coin-To-Play Live Contests: Cash
36. The number/value of the rewards for the Live Contests are as follows:
    1. Cash (minimum £10, maximum £100)
    2. LadBucks (300).

SLOT CONTESTS MECHANICS  

37. Two categories of Slot Contests (each a “Slot Contest”) will be available to Eligible Players:
    • Free-To-Play Contests: there are no entry requirements for these contests and they can be freely accessed by Eligible Players.
    • Coin-To-Play Contests: Eligible Players can enter these contests by redeeming LadBucks, as detailed within the Contests tile in the Contests Lobby.
38. A Free-to-Play Slot Contest will be held twice daily as advertised in the Contests Lobby.
39. A Coin-to-Play Slot Contest will be held once daily between Friday and Sunday as advertised on the Contest Lobby.
40. Slot Contests held from Monday to Thursday will have guaranteed rewards (LadBucks min 50, max 5,000).
41. Each Slot Contest will be held for specific slot games on the Website (the “Contest Game”).
42. In each Contest Game, 30 spins will be allocated for every participating Eligible Player (the “Contest Spins”).
43. It is not a requirement for an Eligible Player to remain in the Contest Game for the whole Contest Duration; however, an Eligible Player must use at least one of their Contest Spins within the Contest Duration.
44. The use of any Contests Spins allocated to a participating Eligible Player will be considered that participating player’s entry into the Contest Game.
45. An Eligible Player can only make a maximum of 1 entry per Contest Game.
46. Each spin displays a bet value of £1.00. This is solely indicative. Each spin has no real cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
47. Each game round in a Contest Game where a Contest Spin is used is considered a “Contest Round”.
48. A winning outcome in any Contest Round will display winnings. The winnings are only for visual purposes to show a ‘win’. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise and cannot be withdrawn.
49. Eligible Players must play through Contest Rounds to collect points to gain a ranking on the leaderboard.
50. Only Contest Rounds played within the Contest Duration will accumulate points.
51. Points will be collected as detailed below:

    Three consecutive Contest Spins which result in a loss	1
    Contest Spin which results in a win	3
    Contest Spin which results in a win 5x the bet unit	10
    Contest Spin which results in a win 10x the bet unit	25
    Contest Spin which results in a win 25x the bet unit	70
    Contest Spin which results in a win 50x the bet unit	150
    Contest Spin which results in a win 100x the bet unit	300
    Contest Spin which results in a win 250x the bet unit	1000

52. Eligible Players will only be awarded the outcome with the highest number of points. For example, if an Eligible Player lands a win of 15x, they will be awarded 25 points, as per 10x multiplier, not the outcome for the 5x multiplier.
53. For each ‘multiplier win’ Eligible Players will receive points for the multiplier win and will also receive an additional 3 points as the Contest Spin results in a win. For example, if a player lands a win of 100x, the player will be awarded 300 points for the multiplier win + 3 points for the win – a total of 303 points.
54. Eligible Players playing with real money will not be awarded any points.
55. The Contest Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, their accumulated points plus their rank on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and rankings of the participating players are only finalised at the end of the Contest Game once the Contest Duration has been completed.
56. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Slot Contest, they will be able to resume play by re-entering from the Contest page to continue to use their remaining Contest Spins as long as the Contest Duration has not ended.
57. If the Contest Duration expires while an Eligible Player is in-game, they will be notified via an in-game message.

63. At the end of each Slot Contests, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a reward. Rewards that will be paid out per Slot Contest will be detailed on the Contests Lobby.
64. In the event of two or more players collecting the same number of points resulting in a tie for either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, they will each receive the reward allocated to the respective placement. 65. Details of the Slot Contests schedule and rewards will be displayed on the Contests Lobby.
66. Eligible Players can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play for Real’ Real money bets will not contribute to the Slot Contest.
67. Rewards available differ depending on the Tournament as follows:
    • Free-To-Play Slot Contests (Monday-Thursday): LadBucks
    • Free-To-Play Slot Contests (Friday – Sunday): Cash or LadBucks
    • Coin-To-Play Slot Contests: Cash
68. The number and value of the rewards for the Slot Contests are as follows:
69. Cash (minimum £0.50 and maximum £100)
70. LadBucks (minimum 50 and maximum 5,000)

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

69. Eligible Players who are still in-game will receive a pop-up at the end of the Contest Duration confirming their ranking on the leaderboard.
70. If the Eligible Player is not in-game when the Contest Duration ends, they will need to return to the Contests ‘See Your Results’ page to confirm their leaderboard ranking.
71. Winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Contest Duration giving full details and the value of their reward. An Eligible Player will also be able to find full details and value of the credited reward on the ‘Promo History’ page (for cash rewards).
72. Rewards will be automatically credited to Eligible Players’ Website accounts within an hour of the Contest Duration ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the rewards will be credited at latest by 18:00 (UK time) the day following the relevant Contest.  

CASH REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

73. Cash rewards for the Contests vary and range from a minimum of £0.50 to a maximum of £100.
74. Cash rewards carry no wagering requirements and will be automatically issued to an Eligible Player’s Website account balance.

LADBUCKS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

75. A “LadBuck” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in the promotions listed in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. LadBucks can be used to redeem offers as set out on the Website designated area (the “LadBucks Store”). Full LadBucks terms can be found HERE.
76. An Eligible Player must use their LadBucks before the fifteenth (15th) of the following month otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
77. LadBucks rewards for the Contests vary and range from a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 5,000.
78. There is no cash alternative to LadBucks.
79. LadBucks have no wagering requirements.

DATA PROTECTION

80. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the Promoter according to the Terms and Conditions and the Website privacy notice which can be found HERE.
81. An Eligible Player’s personal details will at all times be kept in accordance with current Data Protection legislation*.
82. Eligible Players acknowledge that their Website nicknames may be published on the applicable Promotion leaderboards. Should an Eligible Player not want to have their Website nickname published on Promotion leaderboards, the Eligible Player should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
83. Eligible Players can exercise their data privacy rights and/or withdraw from this Promotion at any time by contacting dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
84. *Data Protection legislation means the UK GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws/ the GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

85. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue Gibraltar.
86. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from its offers or promotions under the relevant General Website Terms & Conditions.
87. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
88. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
89. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
90. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with these promotional terms and the Website General Terms and Conditions.
