It might a look a bit strange that your withdrawal has been split over a couple of payment options, but, trust us, there's method to the madness. Let us explain:

We run something called 'Closed Loop System' with withdrawals to protect you from card theft and fraud. What it boils down to is that every now and then, we'll split your withdrawal across multiple payment methods when our system security rules require funds to be returned to the payment method(s) you've used to make a deposit.

If you regularly deposit using multiple cards, you need to keep in mind your net deposit. Just remember this helpful formula:

Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals = Net Deposits

It just means that if you want to withdraw your winnings and have a negative net deposit on one of your payement methods, our Closed Loop System needs all of your other net deposits to be zero before you can do so.
