With Ladbrokes already tipping William Saliba to win the World Cup for France, our daily tip for this summer's tournament is for the Frenchman to also sweep up domestically.

Ladbrokes has France as the favourites to win the World Caup, and our day 18 tip was for Kylian Mbappe to win the trophy for the second time in eight years later on this month.

A lot of that is down to France's lightening attack, spearheaded by Mbappe and Michael Olise, but their defence has more than held its own too.

Saliba and Dayot Upamecano have been a talismanic partnership for France at the World Cup, much like the partnership Saliba and Gabriel have developed at club level for Arsenal.

William Saliba & Arsenal to win the Premier League & Champions League

A lot can happen over the course of a season, but Ladbrokes has Arsenal as the favourites to win the Premier League come May 2027, and we'd be pretty surprised if that's not what ends up happening.

Arsenal were stellar in the Premier League last season, with a rock-solid defence steering them to domestic league glory for the first time in 22 years.

A lot of that was down to Saliba and Gabriel, with Arsenal conceding just 27 goals, an average of just over 0.7 a game. For comparison, Liverpool conceded in 45 when they won the league the year prior, showing just how good the Gunners are at defending their goal.
