England go into Sunday's Women's Euro 2025 final against Spain as huge underdogs, according to Ladbrokes' latest outright winner odds.
The Lionesses are the clear second favourites to defend their title after world champions Spain secured their place in Sunday's final with a 1-0 victory over Germany courtesy of Aita Bonmati's winner in extra-time.
Sarina Wiegman's side dramatically beat Italy 2-1 after extra-time on Tuesday and despite it being their third successive major tournament, and their manager's fifth in a row, world champions Spain are the team fancied.
Women's Euro 2025 odds
Spain favourites ahead of England
Spain, who beat England in the 2023 World Cup final, are still the bookies' favourite at 2/5 to win the tournament after a near flawless showing in Switzerland so far.
England's chances of lifting another European trophy are 7/4, according to the latest odds, after seeing off Sweden and Italy in dramatic style after spending much of both game's behind.
Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes said:
“For the first time this tournament, England are going into a game as the underdogs. They haven’t looked themselves but have still managed to make the final.
"Perhaps playing without the pressure expectation brings helps the Lionesses rediscover their mojo."
