Ireland vs Argentina (Friday, November 6 - 20:10 GMT)
Italy vs South Africa (Saturday, November 7 - 11:40 GMT)
Scotland vs New Zealand (Saturday, November 7 - 14:10 GMT)
Wales vs Japan (Saturday, November 7 - 16:40 GMT)
France vs Fiji (Saturday, November 7 - 20:10 GMT)
England vs Australia (Sunday, November 8 - 15:10 GMT)
We begin the action in Dublin as Ireland look to bolster their hopes of securing top spot in the Northern Hemisphere table against an Argentina side who have so far beaten only Wales in this competition, losing to England and Scotland in the summer.
The Pumas have since lost one and drawn one against Australia and been heavily beaten by South Africa and will go in as underdogs against the Irish, who should bounce back from a 41-20 defeat to New Zealand in the summer, having beaten Australia and Fiji.
We think Andy Farrell's men should win pretty convincingly on home soil, so we're tipping a -9 handicap to boost the odds.
Our experts are predicting a similar story as Scotland take on New Zealand at Murrayfield. Scotland actually went agonisingly close to beating the All Blacks for the first time ever a year ago in a 25-17 defeat, which will undoubtedly give them belief going into this game on Saturday afternoon.
But New Zealand have started to look more like their imperious selves since then, despite coming up short in a four-game series against South Africa, and have won all three of their Nations Championship games so far against France, Italy and Ireland. We believe they'll better their margin of victory from 12 months ago and win with a -9 handicap.
The third leg of our accumulator backs a win for England against Australia, which will keep them as the frontrunners to secure top spot in the Northern table as it stands. The Roses are one of four teams who won twice and lost once in the summer along with France, Scotland and Ireland.
England have a superior record against the Wallabies, winning 11 of the last 13 meetings, although those two Australia wins have come in the most recent five matches. Australia have been showing improvements, but have only beaten Italy so far and we think Steve Borthwick's men will have too much.
You can bet on these outcomes individually or group them together in a Nations Championship accumulator, which is coming in at 5/1.
