Liam Rosenior odds-on for Chelsea manager job
Liam Rosenior has experience working with Chelsea's board, given that he's the current manager of Strasbourg, the Blue's sister club.
The relationship between the two clubs is pretty clear, with Rosenior having worked with the likes of Andrey Santos and Ben Chilwell, as well as many other former/current Chelsea players.
It seems like the tension between Maresca and Chelsea higher-ups could lead them to look closer to home for their next manager, which why it's not too surprising to see Rosenior as the odds-on favourite at this stage.
Despite that, Rosenior isn't the only notable name in the running, with two former Chelsea players actually sitting at two and three in the market.
Filipe Luis, who currently manages Flamengo in Brazil, and Como's Cesc Fabregas, are priced at 5/1 and 9/1 respectively to become Chelsea's next manager.
Both men know the club well, given they played for Chelsea together during the 2014/15 season, and are impressing as managers in their relatively young careers so far.
Above are the odds for the nine favourites to become Chelsea's next manager, starting with Rosenior and including the likes of Andoni Ireola, Oliver Glasner and Chelsea legend Frank Lampard, the latter of whom has already managed the club before.
An interesting name to mention is Xavi, with the ex-Barcelona midfielder also linked with the Tottenham job, with the jury firmly still out on Thomas Frank.
It's worth noting though that while a handful of names are under consideration to become Chelsea's next manager, Rosenior remains the leading candidate, and that's been reflected in Ladbrokes' latest odds.
The aim for Rosenior, or whoever becomes Chelsea's next manager, will be finishing in the top four of the Premier League, securing Champions League football for next season.
