PFA Premier League Player of the Year 2025/26 winner odds

Ladbrokes looks at the PFA Premier League Player of the Year winner odds for the 2025/26 season, to be crowned next year at the end of the forthcoming campaign.

Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka is the front-runner to win the Premier League award come the summer of 2026, at least if Ladbrokes' latest odds are to be believed.

The England international is 13/2 to add the prize to his PFA Young Player of the Year gong from 2022/23. Cole Palmer and £116 million man Florian Wirtz are the second-favourites, while no fewer than four players are priced at 9/1.

Mohamed Salah is almost certain to win the PFA Player of the Season award for the 2024/25 season when the award is given out in August, and he's also in the running to win the forthcoming campaign's prize, with the same odds as Erling Haaland and Phil Foden, both of Manchester City fame.

Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes said: “Bukayo Saka being the outright favourite to win PFA Player of the Year will give heart to Arsenal fans, who will be hoping he’s being celebrated for firing them to the title. In a World Cup year, England fans will also be keen to see the winger have the best season of his career.

A lot is going to change between now and the beginning of the season, but it may be a surprise to some to see Salah, the runaway winner of this year's award, not even priced in the top four favourites.

Below are the six names, who have odds of 9/1 or shorter of winning the PFA Player of the Season next year, who trail Saka at the head of the maket at the time of writing.

Several other names are in the running, including Alexander Isak, but the Newcastle striker's case remains an interesting one. Isak has reportedly asked to leave Newcastle this summer, with the Swedish striker wanting to quit St James Park for a move to Liverpool.

The Reds have already spent big money this summer on Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike, but the limited spending in previous windows means the Reds could still afford Isak's hefty price tag without breaking financial rules.

Isak's odds of winning the PFA Player of the Season come August 2026, which currently stand at 10/1, will only be aided if he does complete a record-breaking move to Anfield this summer.

Above are the 12 other names who, at the time of writing, have been given odds of shorter than 50/1 of winning the PFA Player of the Season next year, with that list including Dominik Szoboszlai, William Saliba and new Manchester United man Matheus Cunha.
