Ladbrokes share an expert football tip for Saturday, August 29, 2026
Liverpool's Ryan Gravenberch tipped for a card at home to Nottingham Forest
Sandro Tonali and Douglas Luiz complete this card special

Ladbrokes share expert football tips for Saturday, August 29, 2026, with their team of experts backing a card special across the Premier League and Serie A.
Kicking off Ladbrokes' card special for Saturday is Liverpool's Ryan Gravenberch, who is our pick for a booking in the Reds' Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest.
The 24-year-old only committed one foul in his side's draw at Newcastle last week, but against a frantic Forest midfield, we're anticipating a busy day for the Dutchman - catching the referee's eye for the wrong reasons. Gravenberch committed an average of more than one foul per 90 last season, and as the man tasked with screening his back four, we're expecting the Forest danger men to cause him a host of problems.
The Netherlands international did actually pick up a booking in this fixture last season, and as the Reds give everything to claim their first win of the new campaign, we're tipping another one for Gravenberch here.

Coming up against his former club, Sandro Tonali is bound to be in the headlines for one reason or another, and with a real point to prove, the Italian is our second pick in Saturday's yellow card special.
Having swapped Newcastle for North London only last month, Tonali is still waiting for his Spurs career to really kickstart, but we're expecting fireworks at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium when Spurs host the Magpies - particularly with Roberto De Zerbi's side in such desperate need of a reaction following their opening-day defeat at Brentford.
Tonali committed just under a foul per 90 last season, and only committed one at the Gtech last week, but with boos from the away fans likely ringing over his every touch, our experts are predicting that he could overstep the mark against his ex-employers.

Flying over to Serie A, Juventus' Douglas Luiz is our third and final pick for a booking on Saturday, as he looks to anchor down a starting role in Luciano Spalletti's midfield when the Old Lady take on Parma.
In 79 minutes last week, Luiz committed four fouls - failing to complete a single successful tackle - and having conceded well over a foul per game in the Premier League for Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa last term, he's certainly got a reputation for breaking up any opposition play.
The 28-year-old also committed roughly three fouls per 90 in Villa's Europa League-winning run, and having picked up yellow cards in two of Juve's last three pre-season friendlies, he seems a smart choice here.
