Roberto De Zerbi the early front-runner to replace Thomas Frank as Spurs manager
Mauricio Pochettino emerges as second-favourite, with Oliver Glasner also in the running
Spurs find themselves in a relegation battle, without a Premier League win in 2026

Following the sacking of Thomas Frank, Ladbrokes reveals the Tottenham Hotspur next manager odds, with Roberto De Zerbi the early favourite for the Spurs job.
Frank was let go by Spurs after defeat at home to Newcastle left them 16th in the Premier League, with one win in 11 league games causing the Londoners to plummet.
Frank only joined Tottenham in the summer of 2025, replacing Ange Postecoglou, but has been sacked just eight months into his tenure.
Ex-Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi has emerged as the early favourite after recently leaving Marseille, while former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is also firmly in the running.
Tottenham next manager odds
Roberto De Zerbi the odds-on favourite
With Roberto De Zerbi officially leaving Marseille just hours before Thomas Frank's sacking was made public, the Italian has emerged as the early front-runner to be in charge of Spurs on the opening day of the 2026/27 season.
The former Brighton boss managed 70 Premier League games during his time at the Seagulls, and plays an expansive brand of football that Spurs fans could surely get behind.
Former Tottenham manager and current USMNT boss Mauricio Pochettino is also given a strong chance of returning to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after the 2026 World Cup, with the Argentine still a fan-favourite around North London.
Other names with odds of 20/1 or shorter include former Borussia Dortmund manager Edin Terzic, Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola, and Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner - who is leaving the Eagles at the end of the season.
Whoever comes in to replace Thomas Frank will have to hit the ground running, with Spurs dangerously close to the bottom three as they begin their hunt for a new permanent manager.
But it's Roberto De Zerbi who leads the running at the moment, with the bookies giving the Italian the best chance of being in charge on the opening day of next season.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said:
Roberto De Zerbi could be set for a swift return to English football, and while Spurs fans might be dreaming of a Pochettino reunion, the odds suggest the former Brighton boss will be in the dugout come next season.
