  • Interim Igor Tudor emerges as second-favourite, with Roberto De Zerbi also in the running

  • Spurs find themselves in a relegation battle, without a Premier League win in 2026

Tottenham Hotspur next manager odds: Roberto De Zerbi odds-on favourite

Following the sacking of Thomas Frank, Ladbrokes reveals the Tottenham Hotspur next manager odds, with Mauricio Pochettino the favourite for an emotional return to Spurs.

Frank was let go by Spurs after defeat at home to Newcastle left them 16th in the Premier League, with one win in 11 league games causing the Londoners to plummet.

Frank only joined Tottenham in the summer of 2025, replacing Ange Postecoglou, but has been sacked just eight months into his tenure, with Igor Tudor now at the helm as interim until the end of the season as they search for a new permanent boss.

An return to North London for Poch looks to be increasingly on the cards, according to the bookies, but Tudor and ex-Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi are also strong contenders.

Pochettino and De Zerbi the frontrunners

Both De Zerbi and then Pochettino have been regularly mentioned when discussing Spurs' next permanent boss and it is those two who appear the most likely candidates alongside Tudor.

Former Tottenham manager and current USMNT boss Mauricio Pochettino is also given a strong chance of returning to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after the 2026 World Cup, with the Argentine still a fan-favourite around North London.

Tudor, formerly in charge of Juventus, is second favourite to land the role past this season, thought a lot will depend on how he fares in the coming weeks as he looks to keep the club clear of a shock relegation.

De Zerbi is now third favourite after departing Marseille just hours before news of Frank's Spurs dismissal emerged. The Italian has Premier League experience on his CV having managed 70 games for Brighton, a tenure which earned him plenty of plaudits for his attacking style of play.
