We’re excited to be back. With the return of our shops will come a few changes to how we usually operate. At Ladbrokes, we want to ensure your health, safety, security and well-being is taken care of; after all, it’s one of our core values.
When you visit us, you’ll notice these changes in shop. Watch our video which shows some of our measures and provides you with some helpful tips on how you can play your part.
Here’s a word from our Group HSSE Director
It feels great to have our shops open and welcome customers through our doors. In these uncertain times we need to safeguard our colleagues and customers which is why we have carried out a thorough risk assessment of our shops and have worked hard to ensure we have the right safety and social distancing measures in place.
With guidance from Government and Public Health bodies, we’ve introduced new safeguarding equipment and processes to enable you to gamble safely. There is also our Retail safer gambling tools to help you stay in control.
Be assured that we will continue to do everything we can to make your betting and gaming experience in our shops safe. It’s not easy, and the changes we’ve made may have an impact on how and when you bet.
But we need your help too. Watch the video above on how you can play your part.

We’ve limited the number of customers in shop at any one time. If asked to wait please keep a safe distance from others and try not to block the pavement.
We also want to ensure our customers and colleagues stay safe in our shops. If you have covid-19 symptoms, please follow government advice and do not come in.
