Limit increase request

If you wish to increase your limits, please note the following before submitting a request:

There are two types of limits that may be applied to help manage your spending and depositing at Ladbrokes. They are the Loss Limit and Deposit Cap. A Loss Limit is based on your deposits minus withdrawals, while a Deposit Cap takes only your deposits into account.

Monthly limits are an absolute amount, reset on the first day of each calendar month. Annual limits are calculated as your total deposits minus total withdrawals over the last 12 months. Once you've hit your limit, additional limit balance may become available to you at any point in the future.

Limits are set based on several factors from public source information, including but not limited to bankruptcy orders (past or present), individual voluntary arrangement, county court judgments, and other similar information. If any of these apply to you, you'll need to prove that they're no longer valid before we can approve a limit increase.

Limits applied are based on your income and savings, and consider outgoings such as tax, and average amounts spent for housing, food, and other essentials.

LOSS LIMITS

To be able to increase your loss limit, you will need to provide proof that your income is substantially higher than you've previously indicated. Such proof can be provided by submitting at least 3 months' payslips, your P60, proof of additional savings, or 3 months’ bank statements showing money movement between all your accounts.

DEPOSIT CAP

To increase your Deposit Cap, you'll need to provide 3 months’ bank statements showing your income as well as the transactions between your bank accounts and your betting or gaming account.

For a live, accurate indication of your available limit balance, we recommend visiting frequently the Loss Limit and Deposit Cap page in My Account section. It is an excellent tool for keeping track.

To proceed with your limit increase request, please send all relevant documents as outlined above to dkyb@ladbrokes.com.

Please keep in mind, limit increase requests take 5-7 working days to process.
