These terms and conditions apply to this ‘Choose Your Wheel’ Instant Spins Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE and HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) every week (Monday 00:00 – Sunday 23:59) (the “Promotional Week”) from 20^th November 2023 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who: 
   1. have a verified Website account;   
   2. are over 18 years of age; and 
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions. 

(an “Eligible Player”). 

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must: 
   1. log in to their Website Account; 
   2. access the “Instant Spins” promotional page during the Promotional Period and;
   3. Spin the “Instant Spins” promotional wheel (The “Wheel”)
5. After the first spin of the Promotional Week, Eligible Players can access the promotional page on another day of the Promotional Week, select one Wheel and spin.
6. By spinning the wheel, Eligible Players can win rewards. 
7. Eligible Players can spin the Wheel a maximum of once per day.
8. Instant Spins is free to play.
9. Rewards available include; Cash, Casino Bonus, Free Spins, Free Bet or Bingo Ticket.
10. The number of Wheels available to Eligible Players to spin in a Promotional Week will be as follows:
    1. The first day the Eligible Player participates in the Promotion in a Promotional Week there will only be one Wheel available to spin.
    2. If the Eligible Player accesses and participates in the Promotion a second time during the Promotional Week, there will be two Wheels to choose from and spin.
    3. If the Eligible Player accesses and participates in the Promotion a third time during the Promotional Week, there will be three Wheels to choose from and spin.
    4. If the Eligible Player accesses and participates in the Promotion a fourth time during the Promotional Week, there will be four Wheels to choose from and spin.

11. The maximum number of Wheels an Eligible Player will be able to choose from is four.
12. If the Reward won from spinning the wheel does not appear automatically in the Eligible Player’s Website account, the Eligible Player should contact our Customer Services team HERE before placing any bets. 
13. An Eligible Player can receive a maximum of one reward per spin.
14. The rewards available on the wheels may vary.

CASH REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

15. The amount of the Cash Reward will be displayed on screen after the spin.
16. Cash rewards are worth a minimum of €0.50 and a maximum of €100 each.  
17. An Eligible Player’s Cash reward will be automatically credited to their Website account.  

CASINO BONUS REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

18. The Casino Bonus Reward is worth €1 and can be used on one of the following games:

19. The Wagering Requirements for this Casino Bonus Reward are as follows: 

A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 1 TIMES THE CASINO BONUS REWARD AMOUNT. For example: €1 BONUS = €1 WAGERING. 

20. The above Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus Reward must be met within seven (7) days of being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Wagering requirements are not met within seven (7) days, any funds in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited and will not be re-issued. 
21. An Eligible Player can withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst their Casino Bonus is active). If an Eligible Player elects to withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements are met, they will forfeit any winnings in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet. 
22. This Casino Bonus Reward can be used on the selected games listed in term 18 only.  
23. The Casino Bonus Reward cannot be used on any other Website game.  
24. Stakes placed on any other Website game(s) will not contribute towards the necessary Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus reward. 
25. The Casino Bonus Reward cannot be exchanged for cash.

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

26. The maximum number of Free Spins Eligible Players can win by spinning the Wheel is ten (10).
27. Free Spins will automatically be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account.
28. An Eligible Player will only be able to use their Free Spins on the games listed in the pop up appearing on screen after the reward is won or in the post bonus thumb content.
29. Depending on the game that an Eligible Player uses their Free Spins on, each Free Spin will have a value of €0.10.
30. An Eligible Player must use their Free Spins within seven (7) days of them being credited to their Website account otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
31. There are no cash alternatives to the Free Spins.
32. Free Spins have no wagering requirements.
33. Any winnings obtained from the Free Spins will be paid in cash.

FREE BET SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

34. The Free Bets are worth a minimum of €0.50 and a maximum of €1 each.  
35. An Eligible Player will have 7 days to use the Free Bet. After this time it will be removed and will not be re-issued.
36. The Free Bet is for use on any Sportsbook market.
37. Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
38. An Eligible Player cannot cash out their Free Bet.
39. The value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.
40. The Free Bet is not returned if the Free Bet wager becomes void.
41. The same maximum payout restrictions as set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this promotion.

FREE BINGO TICKET

42. The Free Bingo Ticket can be used in any Bingo Room (except Slingo Bingo Room and Bingo Beats Bingo Room).
43. Each Free Bingo Ticket gives an Eligible Player one entry into any Bingo Room (except Slingo Bingo Room and Bingo Beats Bingo Room), where the ticket price of the bingo game is €0.01 - €0.10.
44. Regardless of the price of ticket for the selected bingo game, the Free Bingo Ticket can only be used once.
45. The Free Bingo Ticket will automatically be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account.
46. An Eligible Player must use their Bingo Ticket within seven (7) days of the Bingo Ticket being credited to their Website account otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
47. Any winnings accrued from the Free Bingo Tickets will be credited as real cash.
48. There are no wagering requirements for the winnings accrued from the Free Bingo Tickets.

54. This Promotion will remain available to Eligible Players until such time as the Promoter chooses to withdraw it. The withdrawal of this Promotion will not impact you if this Promotion is Active at the time of withdrawal by us.
