PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 00:00 (UK Time) on Monday 1^st September 2025 until 23:59 (UK Time) on Tuesday 30^th September 2025. 
2. The Promotional Period includes the following Qualifying Weeks for the Monthly Prize Giveaway:
• Qualifying Week 1: 00:00 UK time on 1^st September until 23:59 on 7^th September.
• Qualifying Week 2: 00:00 UK time on 8^th September until 23:59 on 14^th September.
• Qualifying Week 3: 00:00 UK time on 15^th September until 23:59 on 21^st September.
• Qualifying Week 4: 00:00 UK time on 22^nd September until 23:59 on 28^th September.  

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

3. The Promotion is available to customers of ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who:
1. have a verified Website account;
2. are over 18 years of age; and
3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

5. Eligible Players must opt in (only one opt required) and then bet €20 or more on any day during the Promotional Period on our Slot games (excluded all variations of Slingo games) to get 10 Free Spins (the “Instant Reward”). 
6. If the Instant Reward does not appear in the account automatically, the Customer Services team should be contacted prior to placing any further bets.
7. Maximum of one Instant Reward per Eligible Player per day.
8. Additionally, for every €25 staked on Slots during each Qualifying Week, an Eligible Player will earn a stamp which will entitle them to participate in a monthly prize giveaway. Please note that a stamp can only be earned until 23:59 on 28^th September.

MONTHLY FREE SPINS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

22. The Monthly free spins are valued at €0.10 each.

MONTHLY CASINO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

26. If an Eligible Player wins a casino bonus, they will receive a casino bonus worth the amount shown on the pop-up message
27. Casino bonuses range from €1 to €2.
28. The Wagering Requirements for the Monthly Casino Bonus are as follows:

 A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 1 TIME THE CASINO BONUS REWARD AMOUNT. For example: €1 BONUS = €1 WAGERING. 

29. The above Wagering Requirements for the Monthly Casino Bonus must be met within seven (7) days of being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Wagering Requirements are not met within seven (7) days, any funds in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
30. An Eligible Player can withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst their Casino Bonus is active). If an Eligible Player elects to withdraw the funds in their Cash Balance wallet at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements are met, they will forfeit any winnings in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet.
31. The Casino Bonus can be used on any Website Casino games, excluding those found HERE.
32. Stakes placed on any other Website game(s) will not contribute towards the necessary Wagering Requirements for the Monthly casino bonus.

MONTHLY LADBUCKS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

33. A “LadBuck” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in the promotions listed in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. LadBucks can be used to redeem offers as set out on the Website designated area (the “LadBucks Store”). Full LadBucks terms can be found HERE. 
34. The maximum number of LadBucks Eligible Players can win from Instant Rewards monthly prizes are five hundred (500).  
35. LadBucks will automatically be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account.  
36. An Eligible Player must use their LadBucks before the fifteenth (15th) of the following month otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.  
37.  There are no cash alternatives to the LadBucks.  
38. LadBucks have no wagering requirements.  

MONTHLY BINGO TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

39. The Monthly Bingo Tickets can be used in any Bingo Room (except Slingo Bingo Room, Bingo Beats Bingo Room, and Fishin’ Frenzy Bingo Room).    
40. Each Monthly Bingo Ticket gives an Eligible Player one entry into any Bingo Room (except Slingo Bingo Room, Bingo Beats Bingo Room, and Fishin’ Frenzy Bingo Room), where the ticket price of the game is €0.01 - €0.10. 
41. The Monthly Bingo Ticket will automatically be credited to their Website account. 
42. An Eligible Player must use their Monthly Bingo Ticket within seven (7) days of the Bingo Ticket being credited to their Website account otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
43. Winnings that accrued from the Monthly Free Bingo Ticket will be credited as real cash.
44. There are no wagering requirements for the winnings accrued from the monthly Bingo Tickets.

MONTHLY REWARD VOUCHERS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

45. There are two types of Monthly Reward Vouchers to be won: Rewards Voucher and Top Rewards Voucher, as per table at term 20. 
46. There is no cash alternative to the Monthly Reward Vouchers.
47. The Monthly Reward Vouchers will be administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide UK Ltd (“TLC”), for prize fulfilment purposes. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Players consent and agree to the Promoter passing their details on to TLC for the purpose of administering the prizes.
48. Each voucher will be subject to specific conditions as well as any third-party supplier’s terms of use, such as prize expiry, which winners will have to abide by.
49. The Promoter and TLC reserve the right to change the prize(s) at any given time with a prize of equivalent or higher value.
50. The Promoter accepts no responsibility once winners have been notified and the prizes have been claimed, as TLC will administer the prizes.
51. Eligible Players who have won a Monthly Reward Voucher will receive an inbox message and/or an email detailing what prize they have won and how to claim it. Eligible Players will have to follow the instructions provided within the message.

USE OF DATA 

53. Personal data of Eligible Players participating in the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice, and, for winners of “Monthly Rewards Vouchers”, in accordance with TLC’s privacy Notice. 
54. Eligible Players can exercise their data privacy rights as set out in TLC’s Privacy Notice and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice  Privacy Notice.
55. Eligible Players’ personal data will always be kept confidential and used in accordance with current Data Protection legislation*. 
56. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of their personal data by the Promoter according to these Terms and Conditions 

*Data Protection legislation means the UK GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws. 

MONTHLY CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

57. If an Eligible Player wins a Cash Prize, they will receive a Cash Prize worth the amount shown on the pop-up message
58. Cash Prizes range from €2 to €10.
59. Cash Prizes carry no wagering requirements.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

61. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s Website account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in.
