4th in the coveted and competitive Gr.3 Prix de la Cote d'Azur before running 3rd in the Gr.3 Prix Jean Rene Gougeon in late-January, KAPTAIN DU LIAMONE (14) has decent right-handed references and is easy to fancy for the win. He will nevertheless face a stiff challenge from JILORD VIVA (16) who ran 5th that day before superbly securing a Vincennes Class B a fortnight ago, and the wonderfully consistent HADES DE L'ITON (15) who made short work of a Cagnes Gr.3 last time out. JUST DE L'OISON (8) appears the best bet from the front line and looks a player on his Amiens bow. That said, JENTIL DIESCHOOT (2) has been firing on all cylinders and must be taken seriously.
