Verdict
Preference is for the 3yo filly MACHADADORP, who took her 7f record to 3-4 with a success at a major festival and looks open to further improvement over this distance. As the early betting reflects, Thunder Call (second choice) warrants plenty of respect, being a progressive 3yo colt who scored over C&D most recently and remains particularly unexposed at the trip. River King, who ran encouragingly after a break last time and may step up on his Royal Ascot effort, is third pick ahead of Mezcala and Moonfall who both won at that meeting.[Steve Boow]
