Verdict
The first seven home from last month's C&D contest all feature in this line-up. Final Orders was a pretty convincing winner but he may not be seen to the same effect on today's slower ground and it's easy to understand why the runner-up J'Arrive De L'Est is well fancied to turn the tables. However, it might pay to focus on the French-trained stablemates in third and fourth. Iceo Madrik would surely have gone close had he not persistently jumped left but of even greater interest is PLACENET, who was stalking the leaders before he clouted the third-last fence and lost significant ground.[Chris Wilson]
