Verdict
Fortunate Man (second choice) should find this easier than his last two assignments and may still have more improvement to come but it can pay to give another chance to ALFIE'S PRINCESS, who didn't fire last time but is now only 3lb higher than for her pretty comfortable 2m4f win on Boxing Day and tackles a new trip today. Genietoile was probably only the third best on merit when second at Chepstow last time but the winner is progressive and the penultimate-fence faller (who would probably have won) scored next time out. Face d'Music ran well here two weeks ago and is also considered.[Chris Wilson]
