Verdict
An interesting race in which the vote goes to the resurgent EDGEWELL who has won at Hereford in his last two runs and remains well handicapped on his best form. The progressive Ballynaheer has won four of his last seven starts and he's feared most ahead of Sweet Nightingale, who ran better than the bare facts behind two improvers at Plumpton last time. Four-time chase winner Gold Clermont is also in the mix after her creditable effort over hurdles here last month.[David Moon]
