Verdict
The return to Hamilton is a big positive for Iris Dancer but all 14 of her wins (including 12 here) have come over 6f, so there has to be a major query over this rare run at 5f. Oriental Prince (second choice) has dropped to a tempting mark and Little Mi Mi comes into this in winning form, while stablemate Never Dark could go well having plummeted in the weights and Thunderstorm Katie notched up the latest of this season's seconds last night. The choice, however, is HUNDRED CAPS who is suited by a stiff 5f and drops into a 0-75 for the first time since last October.[David Bellingham]
