Bits Ballou came good at Newton Abbot last month and could still have potential but this might be the time to back SANDSCAPE (nap), who ran a big race in defeat when fresh just under a year ago and is well handicapped if judged on that form. Black Occ ran no race at Worcester a fortnight ago but he's a contender if judged on this spring's hurdle/chase form.[Chris Wilson]
