VANGUARDA (7) Finished 4th last time here. Has the ability to turn things around. Hiroshi Sasano stable are running hot lately. Must respect in this event. GORGEOUS LADY (2) Narrowly denied a win last time at this track and can find a nice position from the draw. Should come to hand quickly. Will be competitive. KA PUA (6) First up and strong performance to win by 2L first up last preparation at Sonoda. First start for a new trainer. Has a great burst of speed late. Looks promising in this race.
