The Ballydoyle filly White Sand Beach is top-rated and looks worth a go over this longer trip, but she might be worth taking on with VAUNTINGLY who wasn't that far behind subsequent Group 3 winner Sparan Nua on her penultimate start at Gowran. Paddy Twomey's expensive and well-bred newcomer Sea Of The Celts is interesting and De Vega Queen could improve plenty for quicker ground. [Dave Stephens]
