Verdict
A case can be made for most of the runners. It would be rare for Spring Bloom to run moderately on his reappearance and he makes some appeal on his debut for an in-form yard but WRECK IT RYLEY may be a shade less dependent on ground conditions. He is no standout at the weights but was better than ever in 2025 and this C&D suited him well when winning quite convincingly in October. Al Barez can be dangerous, too, while Thunderous Love had a fine campaign last year and it's not impossible she'll do better again this time.[Emily Weber]
