CAL BAY CRUISE (9) Fought on well to win a tight contest by 1/2L last run around here. Souichi Katou and Sakaguchi Yoshiyuki are usually competitive together. A win wouldn't surprise. MICHA (8) Did well when 3rd last run at this track but back to a shorter distance. Aramaki Tooru stable are on a hot streak. Appears well in this. COMUNE (1) Finished 8th last run at this venue but back over more ground. Great to see jockey Tatsuya Watanabe taking the ride and will appreciate a good barrier. Capable of a running a place.
