Verdict
Stepping back up to 1m and wth a recent run behind him, everything looks in place for a big run from last year's winner Storm Star who has been gelded since last seen. He can uphold 2025 form with his old rival Apiarist and is greatly respected, but there was sufficient promise in DOSMAN's Kempton run on his stable debut to think he retained a good portion of his ability. He is thrown in on his fine second here last summer and can provide Oli Rix with a breakthrough winner.[Paul Smith]
