Verdict
A tidy race with the majority holding claims. Pure Steel shades the vote over Relieved Of Duties following his C&D win in a novice contest before not giving his true running in a Grade 3 when last seen. The Gordon Elliott-trained runner has a similar story; he won on chasing debut and ran well at Cheltenham, but something was surely amiss when tailed off in a Grade 2 last time.
