If you like your top races with added spice, this is for you. Peter Brant removed most of his horses from Chad Brown following the defeat of the Brown-trained Gezora on her reappearance - Brant was not happy with the decision to run the Breeders' Cup winner in a Grade 3 under a 5lb penalty. Bill Mott is now in charge of the high-class filly, but Brown comes at her mob-handed with her Churchill Downs conqueror KATHYNMARISSA heading the four-strong posse. The latter could again have too much speed for her rival over this trip and on firm ground. If both are to be usurped, the most likely candidate is Laurelin (second choice) who shaped nicely on her reappearance and was really progressive last year. [James Willloughby]
